In any part of the country we perform administration and management of your vehicle fleet. Through a 0800 toll free call, the driver shall be serviced by a fleet manager that will indicate a specialized auto repair (mechanic) to attend the event “in loco”. In case the vehicle starts to work again, the process will be terminated and the driver may travel safely and in comfort.
 
Should the problem requires different repairs, a specialized vehicle maintenance software shall be used, a Global Fleet vehicle maintenance manager shall be enabled, who will take the process and will identify the nearest service provider able to repair the vehicle. In this case, a winch will be enabled immediately. According to the contracted party, the drive shall also be assisted. All the process will follow a strict Global Fleet quality control.

According to the contracted party, Global Fleet will assist the driver. At the first business hour, a manager from Global Fleet fleet will contact the driver for details of the event and with the help from the maintenance software, he will guide your vehicle to the best and nearest service provider. The whole process will continue under the strict Global Fleet quality control.
